County Square

County Square, Ashford’s premier shopping centre, has undergone a major redevelopment project that has almost doubled its original size. The new extended County Square was completed in March 2008 and has created a haven for shopping in Ashford.

County Square now features a new Debenhams department store and many more exciting names in high street fashion including: Next, River Island, H&M, New Look and Jane Norman. The extra new retail units, brings the total number of shops at County Square to more than 60.

There is also a new multi-storey car park taking the total spaces to more than 600 to cope with the increased demand for the bigger and better County Square.

The new retailers that County Square has brought to Ashford enhances the rich shopping mix in the town and complements the other big name retailers in the centre that include Marks & Spencer, BHS, Mothercare and HMV. Now, shoppers will get a completely new retail offering in Ashford town centre.

The bigger and better County Square is not only benefiting the growing number of visitors to Ashford, it has improved the town for locals, bringing jobs and increased revenue.
