Getting Around
Ashford has high quality bus, cycle and pedestrian networks,
essential for providing a variety of travel options to get around
town.
These routes are safe and attractive, and considerable
improvements in town centre connections will link up new
developments in both the town and countryside, encouraging greater
access to open green spaces.
Already two routes of the National
Cycle Network pass through the town. Further plans to provide safe
bicycle parking facilities are in place.
